Privacy Policy for UptimeRig Driver
Effective date: May 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pasithea Group Inc. collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information through the UptimeRig Driver mobile application, also associated with the UptimeRig and Fleotan brands. UptimeRig Driver is a business-use mobile application for company-assigned drivers of fleet customers.
1. Who this policy applies to
UptimeRig Driver is intended for drivers who are assigned access by their employer or fleet company. Individual users cannot self-register. Fleet companies create driver usernames and passwords and control which drivers are permitted to use the app.
The app is intended for business use and not for general consumer sign-up. The app is not directed to children, and users must be at least 18 years old or the legal minimum age required to operate a commercial vehicle in the applicable jurisdiction.
2. Organization responsible for the app
Pasithea Group Inc. is the operator of UptimeRig Driver and the organization responsible for personal information under its control.

3. Information collected
Depending on how a fleet company uses the app, UptimeRig Driver may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account and identification data, such as username, driver name, driver ID, vehicle assignment, company name, email address, phone number, licence-related information, and other driver records entered or uploaded by the fleet company.
- Inspection and operational data, such as pre-trip and post-trip checklist answers, defect notes, timestamps, odometer readings, trailer numbers, signatures, and related records.
- Media and camera data, such as photos and videos captured or uploaded in connection with inspections, defects, incidents, or other workflow tasks.
- Location data, including precise GPS location collected while the app is in use and associated with inspections or related operational events.
- Device and usage data, such as app events, crash information, technical logs, and analytics data generated through tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, and Sentry.
- Notification data, including push notification tokens and records relating to operational notifications sent through the app.
Pasithea Group Inc. does not currently offer driver self-registration. Driver records are generally created and maintained by the fleet company.
4. How information is collected
Information may be collected:
- Directly from drivers when they log in, complete inspections, enter information, capture photos or videos, sign forms, or allow location access.
- From fleet companies that create and manage driver accounts and related records.
- Automatically from the mobile device and app when the app is used, including app diagnostics, crash reporting, analytics events, and notification-related data.
5. Why information is used
Personal information may be used for the following purposes:
- To provide the UptimeRig Driver app and related fleet management services.
- To authenticate users and maintain account security.
- To record, store, and display pre-inspection and post-inspection results.
- To document defects, incidents, condition reports, and supporting evidence.
- To attach timestamps, signatures, and location information to inspection records.
- To send operational push notifications such as inspection reminders, dispatch updates, safety notices, account alerts, and check-out reminders.
- To support fleet companies in managing drivers, vehicles, inspections, and operational compliance.
- To troubleshoot issues, maintain service reliability, monitor performance, and improve the app.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property.
Location access is currently used while the app is open to associate inspection or related operational events with precise location data. Pasithea Group Inc. may introduce additional location-based features in the future, including background collection or electronic logbook-related functionality, but any material change to collection or use should be disclosed before implementation.
6. Camera, media, and location permissions
The app may request access to the camera, media library, notifications, and device location. These permissions are used to support core app functionality, including capturing inspection evidence, uploading photos or videos, sending operational notices, and recording inspection location.
If future versions of the app request background location access or collect profile photos, the privacy disclosures and in-app permission explanations should be updated before those features are activated.
7. Disclosure of information
Information collected through UptimeRig Driver may be disclosed to:
- The applicable fleet company, including its managers, administrators, dispatchers, compliance personnel, and other authorized representatives.
- Pasithea Group Inc. personnel and authorized service providers that support hosting, maintenance, analytics, monitoring, customer support, and related business operations.
- Third-party service providers and infrastructure vendors, including database, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and notification service providers.
- Authorities, regulators, insurers, auditors, legal advisors, or law enforcement where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or investigate misuse.
- A purchaser, investor, successor, or other party involved in a merger, financing, asset sale, or corporate reorganization, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
Current third-party tools and services may include PostgreSQL-based data infrastructure, Google Analytics, PostHog, Sentry, and Expo-related development tooling.
Pasithea Group Inc. does not use UptimeRig Driver push notifications for marketing or promotional messaging at this time.
8. Cross-border storage and processing
Information may be stored or processed in Canada and the United States. As a result, personal information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities in those locations.
9. Retention
Pasithea Group Inc. currently retains account data, inspection records, uploaded media, and associated location data until the applicable fleet customer stops using the platform, after which Pasithea Group Inc. will delete the data no later than 1 year later, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, contract, dispute preservation, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping needs.
Because inspection and compliance-related records may need to be preserved for operational, contractual, evidentiary, or legal reasons, some information may be retained longer than a driver expects while the fleet customer is active. Retention requirements may vary depending on the fleet customer's jurisdiction and legal obligations.
10. Access, correction, and deletion
Because UptimeRig Driver is provided through fleet customers, Pasithea Group Inc. generally treats the fleet company as the primary account administrator and business customer for deletion requests and account-level changes.
- Fleet companies may request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with their accounts, subject to contractual, legal, and operational limits.
- Individual drivers who want to access or correct their information should normally contact their fleet company first.
- Individual drivers may also contact Pasithea Group Inc. at privacy@fleotan.com with privacy questions or concerns.
Drivers may change their own password inside the app, but they cannot independently delete their account or request deletion of fleet-managed records.
For access and correction requests, the fleet company should submit a written request to Pasithea Group Inc. at privacy@fleotan.com and identify the driver, the records requested, and the specific correction or access needed. Pasithea Group Inc. will review the request and, where applicable law requires, provide access to the relevant personal information within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, subject to lawful exceptions and any extension permitted by law.
Where a record is factually inaccurate or incomplete, Pasithea Group Inc. may correct the record or may ask the fleet company to provide supporting evidence before making changes. If a correction is not made, Pasithea Group Inc. may keep a note of the request and, where appropriate, communicate the corrected information to affected recipients.
11. Security
Pasithea Group Inc. uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure.
Data is transmitted over networks and handled using security measures intended to support the service, but data is not currently encrypted at rest. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Legal basis and consent
By using the app, or by having information submitted to the app by a fleet company, users acknowledge that personal information may be collected, used, and disclosed for the purposes described in this policy.
Where required by applicable law, consent may be obtained directly or through the fleet company that administers the driver's access. Fleet companies are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority and notices for information they provide to Pasithea Group Inc. about their drivers.
13. Third-party analytics and diagnostics
Pasithea Group Inc. uses third-party tools, including Google Analytics, PostHog, and Sentry, to understand app performance, usage trends, diagnostics, and errors. These providers may collect technical and usage-related information in accordance with their own privacy practices.
Users should also be aware that mobile platforms such as Apple and Google may independently collect information when apps are downloaded or used, subject to the platform provider's own privacy terms.
14. International operations and future features
UptimeRig Driver may expand its features over time, including profile photo uploads, background location use, and electronic logging or related telematics functionality. If those features materially change the categories of personal information collected or the purposes for which it is used, Pasithea Group Inc. should update this Privacy Policy and any required in-app disclosures before enabling those features.
15. Changes to this policy
Pasithea Group Inc. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, by email, or through the fleet company where appropriate.
